Survey Results

clear skinResults of a survey have shown surprising numbers of UK adults would consider having cosmetic treatments to benefit their careers.

Statistics indicated that nearly 1 in 3 UK adults would have aesthetic treatment for a change in job or career.

This demonstrates that despite an ‘ageing population’, many people still equate success with youthfulness and appearances.

The survey of 2006 UK adults also said that 1 in 5 women in the UK have dermal fillers and nearly 40% of those aged 25-44 would have aesthetic treatment if their partner wanted them to.

Cosmetic Treatments

Non-surgical treatments are certainly a popular option now and widely accepted in the mainstream.

Procedures such as dermal fillers or Botox injections can be used both to rejuvenate the facial features and also to improve the aesthetics for a more attractive look.

Overdone treatments are out and tend to be viewed somewhat negatively.

However, leading doctors such as Dr Barbara Kubicka at Clinicbe advocate the use of natural-looking treatments which are no less effective but more flattering for both women and men.
