This new video on clinicbe’s YouTube channel explains the difference between cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine.

Cosmetic surgery is better understood – this area tends to focus on changing people’s appearance through surgical techniques.

Aesthetic medicine applies to non-invasive procedures (using needles, lasers etc). They are still medical in nature, but smaller procedures which often can be done in an hour or less.
