Alidya Cellulite Treatment

Injectable Cellulite Treatment

Alidya is an injectable, CE-marked medical device developed by Marllor Biomedical specifically for the prevention and treatment of cellulite. It’s designed to work below the skin’s surface, targeting three of the underlying contributors to cellulite: poor circulation, fluid and toxin retention, and loss of skin firmness.

We’re pleased to now offer Alidya at Clinicbe in Knightsbridge, London, as part of our combination approach to cellulite — alongside treatments such as Sunekos Cell 15, Carboxytherapy and Endolift Body.

How Alidya works

Cellulite isn’t purely a fat concern — it’s linked to reduced microcirculation, trapped fluid and toxins, and changes in skin structure that create the familiar “orange peel” texture. Alidya is formulated to work on three fronts at once:

  • Reactivating microcirculation — improving blood flow to bring oxygen and nutrients back to the treated tissue
  • Draining and detoxifying — helping the body clear excess fluid and the substances linked to local inflammation
  • Restoring skin firmness — supporting the skin’s structure and elasticity

What to expect

Treatment is delivered via a series of small injections into the affected area, following a personalised plan agreed with your doctor at consultation. Each session takes around 30 minutes, with no recovery time needed — you can return to normal activities straight afterwards. According to Alidya’s manufacturer, most patients describe the sensation as mild, localised tingling, and side effects are typically limited to slight redness or minor bruising that settles within a few days.

The standard protocol is usually 4–7 sessions, performed weekly, with the exact number tailored to your degree of cellulite and individual response.

Is Alidya right for me?

Alidya is suitable for cellulite at various stages, but suitability is always confirmed during a full medical consultation first — no treatment is carried out without this assessment.

Most patients find Alidya well tolerated, describing the sensation as a mild, localised tingling rather than pain. No anaesthetic is generally required, though we can discuss numbing options at consultation if you're concerned about sensitivity.

How many sessions will I need?

Most courses involve 4–7 weekly sessions, each lasting around 30 minutes. Your doctor will confirm the right number for you based on the degree of cellulite present and how your skin responds as treatment progresses.

Is Alidya suitable for all types of cellulite?

None. Alidya involves no recovery period, so you can return to normal activities immediately after your session.

Is there any downtime?

None. Alidya involves no recovery period, so you can return to normal activities immediately after your session.

Are the results long-lasting?

Results build progressively over the course of treatment. As with any injectable cellulite treatment, maintenance sessions help sustain results over time — we'll advise on a suitable schedule based on how your skin responds.

Are there any side effects?

Alidya has a well-established safety profile. The most commonly reported effects are mild redness or minor bruising at the injection site, which typically resolves within a few days without further treatment.

Can Alidya be combined with other cellulite treatments?

Yes. Alidya works well as part of a broader plan - many patients combine it with treatments such as Sunekos Cell 15, Carboxytherapy or Endolift Body, depending on what's driving their cellulite. Your treatment plan will be tailored at consultation.
