Carboxytherapy – New CO2 Treatment for Skin & Hair

Microinjection of Naturally-Compatible Carbon Dioxide

We’re delighted to introduce carboxytherapy at Clinicbe – a brand new treatment for 2022, which is versatile and highly effective on a host of conditions and concerns!

Carboxytherapy is an innovative treatment which involves microinjection of medical grade CO2, either beneath the skin in the fat layer, or into the skin’s dermis layer; depending on the area being treated.

Boosting CO2 within the skin helps in a number of ways:

  1. Increases oxygen supply to tissues
  2. Kick-starts the body’s own healing and renewal processes
  3. Increased blood flow

This naturally results in new cell growth and improved circulation, which in turn leads to results in treating a wide array of skin issues, including the signs of ageing, as well as offering treatment for non-surgical hair restoration.

Carboxytherapy can help to improve hair loss, acne, hyperpigmentation and loose skin – as well as fine lines and wrinkles, cellulite, scars and stretch marks.

How Carboxytherapy Works

how carboxytherapy works steps

Eye rejuvenation/dark circles

We are seeing great results using carboxytherapy for brightening and firming the under-eye contours and improving dark circles and eye bags.

The eyes can often look dull and prematurely aged as the skin around and beneath the eyes tends to be quite thin. Poor blood circulation in the area contributes to the formation of dark circles, a common concern.

Carboxytherapy is safe to use around the delicate eye area. It does not involve injecting anything other than medical grade carbon dioxide. This causes the body to boost oxygen supplies in the area, stimulating the blood circulation. The dark circles and other signs of ageing are thus improved with noticeable results.

Carboxytherapy Treatment Prices

Treatment prices at Clinicbe London have now been confirmed:

  • 15 minutes (eyes/hair) £75
  • 30 minutes £150
  • 60 minutes (body) £250

Carboxytherapy can be effective as a one-of treatment, but a short course of sessions can build enhanced results. Clients can save by booking a package of 3 sessions.

Carboxytherapy treatment is carried out by our highly trained medical therapists. It can be very effectively on its own and may also be chosen alongside other skin treatments or skincare regimes.
