Having closed our clinic back in March, we are delighted to announce that preparations are now underway for reopening and pre-booking is open.
We are planning to be fully operational as soon as we’re able.
As you’d expect, we take hygiene and health very seriously at our medical clinic. The following measures and guidelines are being implemented and reinforced in order to protect patients and staff. for the coming months.
- Pre-appointment health screening questionnaire:
- All clients will be taken through a series of questions prior to booking an appointment
- This will be carried out over the phone
- When you visit:
- All staff will be in full PPE gear
- All staff will be regularly tested for COVID-19 and our results available on request
- Hygiene
- Clinic clean down after each patient
- Hand sanitisation available, required and promoted throughout the clinic
- Appointment scheduling
- Appointment bookings will be spaced out allowing ample time between each for thorough cleaning
- We will only allow a maximum of two patients in the clinic at any one time
- Arriving 10 minutes late or more to an appointment will result in non-admittance to the clinic
- Practical advice and arrangements
- We request patients to travel to their appointment avoiding public transport where possible in order to reduce the risks of exposure and contamination
- If you feel unwell prior to an appointment, we would ask you to please stay at home in line with government guidelines – especially if you have a fever and/or cough. Please contact us as early as possible to rearrange your appointment
- We are unable to accept payment by cash – card payments only in clinic
