Prescription products can be arranged in the safety and comfort of your own home thanks to our new online consultation service.
Dr Barbara Kubicka explains how it works in our new video.
“Unfortunately in these difficult and strange times we cannot see you here, but I would like to provide something for meantime to keep your skin looked after and maybe create a little plan when everything comes back to normal.
“This is a stressful time, it’s difficult anyway, but it can be especially if you have a problematic skin or if you experience hair loss. It can compound and create quite distressing, full of fear or concern situation and in those times it’s really good to have support from outside and that’s why we are here. “

“You are be able to contact us via email or whatsapp for an informal chat if you just want a little bit of advice. If you want a full consultation that’s possible as well to arrange via Skype or whatever it’s more suitable for you and as well you can purchase some of our products online in our shop. If they are products that need a prescription or need a consultation obviously that will be possible after we speak.
Dr Kubicka plans to make more videos and welcomes input and requests for information:
“I will create some other videos as well about certain problems, like for example stress and your skin and hair loss in that time as well. So have a look at them and if you find out the answer that is great.
