Covid Safety Measures

Clinicbe has worked really hard over the last 12 months to implement preventative measures such as additional PPE as well as maintaining extremely high standards of clinical cleanliness.

We are a doctor-led clinic and fully registered with the CQC (Care Quality Commission), so we are already accustomed to providing high standards throughout, from service and protocols to clinical hygiene. Yet we have also implemented a series of further coronavirus-related measures to protect patients and staff. Patients and clients will find the environment has been made as safe as possible. Coronavirus Prevention Measures

Key changes at Clinicbe include:

• Only two patients at a time will be allowed in the clinic
• Bookings will be spaced out allowing ample time between each for thorough cleaning
• All staff will be in full PPE gear
• Your temperature will be taken on arrival
• High attention to regular cleaning in the clinic
• Patient-dedicated bathroom
• Water available with single-use cups
• Sanitiser and hand-washing freely available
• Short health questionnaire over the phone prior to all appointments
• We are unable to accept payment by cash – card payments only in clinic

Practical advice and arrangements:

• Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Arriving 10 minutes late or more to an appointment will result in non-admittance to the clinic
• Please avoid public transport where possible in order to reduce the risks of exposure and contamination
• If you feel unwell prior to an appointment, we would ask you to please stay at home in line with government guidelines – especially if you have a fever and/or cough. Please contact us as early as possible to rearrange your appointment
