male botox monoBeing in the public eye, Simon Cowell is known for taking care of his body and skin to project a youthful look.

No wonder, working on TV and in the music industry surrounded by teens and twenty-somethings.

Certainly he does not look his 53 years, but perhaps in a bid to end speculation, Cowell revealed more detail than before on his grooming and fitness regime in an interview to the Radio Times.

He summarised his approach saying:

‘I work out three or four times a week, I have Botox, take tons of vitamins and vitamin infusions – if you believe that these things work, you will feel better.’

Botox Injections

Simon has previously made no secret of his love for Botox® injections, which work to relax the facial muscles that can cause lines and wrinkles. He reportedly has botox every 6 months and although he has appeared looking over-botoxed once or twice, he now seems to be adopting a more natural look and there is no denying that his skin looks younger.

Fitness

Commenting on suggestions that he does over 500 press-ups a day, he said:

‘It’s all true. I mean, not 500 push-ups, but several hundred.’

As well as press ups, he works out 3-4 times a week after tweeting in the autumn that he had a new personal trainer.

To complement a healthy diet, Cowell also admitted regular vitamin injections of B12, magnesium and vitamin C as well as colonic irrigation.
